Terms of Service covers use of the website, applications, client accounts, and the managed website service.

Client Service Agreement is the standard paid-service contract used with a client's specific checkout or Order Summary. It covers scope, recurring billing, cancellation, refunds, domains, ownership, and handoff.

Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it, and how to ask for access, correction, or deletion.

Acceptable Use Policy sets the boundaries for websites and content we will build or host.

AI & Voice Notice explains the optional type-or-talk onboarding helper, including temporary voice recordings and AI-generated suggestions.

One useful distinction

Submitting an application is not the same as buying a website. An application helps us understand the project. We confirm scope, any third-party costs, payment terms, and the start of service before charging for work.
