Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026This policy applies to use of Little Shop of Webs services, including websites we build or host, client portal activity, support requests, and content submitted to us. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Keep it lawful
You may not use Little Shop services to offer, promote, facilitate, or conceal activity that is unlawful where you operate or where the activity occurs. You are responsible for licenses, permits, disclosures, age restrictions, professional rules, and other requirements that apply to your business.
2. No fraud or deception
Do not use a Little Shop site for phishing, impersonation, fake reviews, counterfeit goods, deceptive billing, fabricated credentials, misleading health or financial claims, scams, or other materially deceptive conduct.
3. Respect intellectual property and privacy
Do not submit or publish content you do not have the right to use. Do not expose private personal information, credentials, payment-card data, or confidential records without lawful authority and a legitimate need.
4. No malware or security abuse
Do not use the service to distribute malware, malicious scripts, credential-stealing tools, exploit kits, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, or attempts to bypass or interfere with security controls.
5. No exploitation or severe abuse
We do not allow content or services involving child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, nonconsensual intimate material, credible threats of violence, or other content whose primary purpose is exploitation or serious harm.
6. No spam operations
Little Shop sites may not be used as infrastructure for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive lead generation, address harvesting, or evasion of anti-spam controls. Normal customer communication and lawful opt-in marketing are allowed.
7. High-risk or regulated activity
Some lawful businesses may involve regulated products, regulated professions, age-restricted goods, financial services, healthcare claims, or other elevated compliance requirements. We may require additional information, decline unsupported functionality, or refuse a project when we cannot reasonably or safely support the compliance burden.
8. Enforcement
We may ask for clarification, remove or disable content, suspend a feature, reject a project, or terminate service when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We will consider context, severity, recurrence, and whether a problem can be fixed. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety.
9. Reporting a concern
If you believe a Little Shop-hosted site violates this policy, contact support@rovelogics.com with enough information for us to review the concern.
