Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026This Privacy Policy describes how Little Shop of Webs, a division of RoveLogics LLC ("Little Shop," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, request information, apply for a website, create a client account, use the client portal, or use our optional AI intake helper.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and business name.
- Application and project information, including what your business does, products or services, current sales channels, design preferences, domains, and payment-provider preferences.
- Client account information, including your display name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in readable form.
- Support content, including tickets, replies, questions, change requests, and information you choose to include in them.
- AI intake content, if you choose to type or record a description of your business for the onboarding helper.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs, and security events. Our built-in visitor analytics use a memory-only session identifier; the analytics session identifier is not stored on your device and resets when the page session ends. Analytics may include page paths, referring website, browser language, a coarse country estimate derived from timezone, campaign parameters such as UTM source/campaign, and non-sensitive interaction events such as which pricing option, demo, signup path, or website-builder step was used. We do not intentionally send form text, email addresses, names, passwords, payment-card data, or other submitted content into visitor analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to questions, review website applications, provide and support client accounts and managed websites, understand which pages and signup paths are useful, improve conversion and onboarding, communicate about projects and upcoming renewals, record renewal confirmations, generate optional AI onboarding suggestions, protect the service from abuse or fraud, troubleshoot problems, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI and voice intake
The AI intake helper is optional. If you record a voice note, the recording is uploaded to private temporary storage and sent to a transcription provider. After transcription, the application attempts to delete the recording immediately; a scheduled cleanup also removes abandoned temporary voice files. The transcript is then used to generate suggested form answers.
We do not intentionally keep the raw voice recording or a separate transcript as part of your application record. If you choose to place suggested content into the form and submit the application, those completed form answers become part of the application record. See our AI & Voice Notice for more detail.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Little Shop, such as hosting/database providers, email delivery providers, AI/transcription providers, domain and DNS providers, security providers, and payment processors when applicable. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, in connection with a business reorganization or sale, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.
5. Payments and third-party services
If we offer online payment for Little Shop services, payment-card information is handled by the payment processor rather than stored by Little Shop. Client websites may also connect to the client's own Stripe, Square, or other supported provider; those providers have their own privacy practices.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary authentication technology to keep signed-in client sessions working. We do not use the built-in visitor analytics to place a persistent analytics identifier on your device. If we later add optional analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking that requires additional notice or consent, we will update this policy and the site controls before using it.
7. Retention
We keep applications, account records, project records, and support communications for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Temporary AI voice recordings are handled as described above. Retention periods may differ by record type and legal requirement.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you by emailing support@rovelogics.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights such as data portability, an appeal process, or rights relating to certain uses or disclosures of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a support ticket or AI intake note.
10. Children
Little Shop is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Website applications and client accounts are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal authority to enter agreements for the business they represent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
11. U.S.-based service
Little Shop is operated by an Oregon limited liability company in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice when a change is material and notice is reasonably required.
