AI & Voice Notice

Little Shop of Webs offers an optional AI-assisted shortcut during the website application. You can skip it and complete the form manually.

1. What the helper does

You can type a rough description of your business or record a short voice note. The helper turns that information into suggested answers for the application, such as a business description, product or service summary, design words, color ideas, or a possible domain name.

2. Suggestions are not facts

The AI is instructed to separate information you actually provided from ideas it is proposing. It may still misunderstand, omit, or invent information. You should review every suggested answer before relying on it.

When you choose to apply the suggestions, the form is designed not to silently overwrite answers you already entered.

3. No automated acceptance or rejection

The AI helper does not decide whether Little Shop will take a project, set your price, approve a domain, or make a binding business decision. Applications are reviewed separately.

4. Voice recordings

If you use the voice option, your browser records the note and uploads it to private temporary storage. The audio is sent to a transcription provider. After successful transcription, the application attempts to delete the temporary audio immediately. A scheduled cleanup also removes abandoned temporary recordings that were uploaded but not fully processed.

The resulting transcript is used to generate form suggestions. We do not intentionally keep the raw audio or a separate transcript as part of the submitted application record. If you choose to place suggested information into the application and submit it, those final form answers are retained with the application.

5. Third-party AI providers

We use third-party AI and transcription infrastructure to perform these functions. Information you send through the AI helper is transmitted to those providers as needed to generate the result. Their processing is governed by our service arrangements and applicable law.

6. Do not put highly sensitive data in the helper

Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, private medical information, confidential legal records, or other highly sensitive information in a voice note or AI prompt. The helper only needs ordinary business information.

7. Cost and availability

The AI shortcut is provided as a convenience and may be unavailable temporarily because of service limits, maintenance, provider outages, or abuse protection. You can always continue the application manually.
